doola is the name most international owners run into first when they research a US LLC, and it's a capable one-stop shop. Our Non-US Founder Package is narrower: a New Mexico LLC, a first year of registered agent service, an EIN secured with no Social Security Number, and your bank application drafted by us, for $399 plus the state's $50 fee. We sell that package, so read this with our interest in view.
Does doola form New Mexico LLCs?
doola's pricing page doesn't name its states. Its guide for non-US residents recommends Wyoming or Delaware and says an LLC can be formed in any state. If New Mexico is your pick, get confirmation from doola before paying.
doola's strengths
doola counts over 22,000 businesses and customers in 175+ countries, which says something about how established it is. It sells Pulse bookkeeping at $300 a year, and once you need returns filed, its Tax and Compliance tier covers federal and state filings. Business-in-a-Box goes further with a bookkeeper of your own. doola forms C-corps too, and it stands behind formation with a refund guarantee.

Where our package differs
A renewal you can budget for
We charge the $399 once. The registered agent is the only thing that comes back, at $99 a year, and cancelling it takes a click in your dashboard.
Bank paperwork done ahead of time
doola's customers are referred to Mercury and need a passport to apply. Our approach is to set up your bank account with our partners by preparing the application ourselves. It's filled in from the answers you gave at checkout, your New Mexico certificate goes in with it, and it's final the moment your SS-4 carries your signature. After you approve, it's submitted, and your EIN reaches your dashboard later. The account decision belongs to our partners, and approval isn't guaranteed.
An EIN process built for owners with no SSN
We complete your SS-4 as the IRS directs for foreign applicants; after your electronic signature, it's faxed. The IRS typically needs two to eight weeks and doesn't sell a faster option.
Who should go with doola
- Owners who want their formation company to also file their returns.
- Anyone planning to buy bookkeeping as a service.
- Founders forming a C-corp.
- Buyers focused on the lowest year-one price, comfortable without a published renewal.
New Mexico upkeep after formation
A New Mexico LLC files no annual or biennial report. It needs a registered agent and office on the state's record at all times, and that's it at the state level. Taxes are separate: foreign-owned single-member LLCs commonly have a yearly Form 5472 obligation, and gross receipts tax registration may be required for some businesses. We don't prepare taxes or give tax advice.

FAQ
Is doola or your package cheaper for a New Mexico LLC?
doola, in the first year. Its Starter plan was $237 promotional or $297 list on September 29, 2026, so $287 to $347 with New Mexico's $50 fee. Ours comes to $449.
What will doola charge me in year two?
It isn't published. doola bills its plans annually but shows no Starter renewal price. With us, the second-year charge is the $99 registered agent, nothing else.
Can I use doola for New Mexico specifically?
Possibly. doola's blog says it forms in any state, though it recommends Wyoming and Delaware and its pricing page lists no states. Ask doola to confirm New Mexico.
Does doola offer tax filing for international owners?
Yes, on a higher tier. Tax and Compliance ($1,599 promotional, $1,999 list, yearly) includes federal and state returns; the page doesn't list Form 5472 by name. Our package leaves tax filing to you.
How soon can my bank application go out with you?
As soon as you approve it, which can be the same day you sign your SS-4. We've already completed it from your order with your certificate attached. Our partners decide on the account.
